30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Lafio Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Lafio purchases. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at support@lafio.me with your order details and we'll help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel a renewal at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If a renewal charge took you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of the renewal and we'll review your case in good faith.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law.
